PROGRESSO E LAVORO carries out its activities paying great attention to
quality, ensuring the high level of efficiency of its production, in full respect
of its workers and the environment, applying innovative production
techniquesand integrated management systems certified ISO 9001, ISO 45001
and ISO 14001 certificates.

Quality

PROGRESSO E LAVORO has implemented its own quality management system compliant to UNI EN ISO 9001 in 1999. Management has given rimary importance to a system that they had sensed could generate added value and ensure continuous improvement and business growth in line with business objectives. The correct application of a quality management system, in fact, determines the meeting between different needs which can be mainly defined in three:

  • Effectiveness(product/service quality)
  • Efficiency (cost and time reduction)
  • Flexibility (the response to change)

Our company has always demonstrated the desire and ability to change to keep up with progress, it has also demonstrated ethical and motivational commitment ensuring its customers the satisfaction of meeting
expectations, also for this reason it has integrated in its System of Quality Management standards UNI EN ISO 3834-2:2021, UNI EN 15085-2:2020 that define the welding quality requirements and the manufacturer’s requirements respectively for railway applications: welding of railway vehicles and their components.
Finally, it has implemented a Management System at its operating sites Skills and the relevant Qualified Maintenance Register, conforming to the
requirements of the Organizational Communication for the COCS Safety Certificate No. 30.6/DT of 3
rd August 2018 – Sub Annex 1, issued by Trenitalia SpA (CIR DT P 057) and Annex C to Decree ANSF 04/2012 and
procedure P096 of Trenord SpA Rev.03 of 19.11.2019 

Workplace safety

The occupational health and safety management system in accordance with standard UNI ISO 45001 is a crucial part of the management risk strategy that allows PROGRESSO E LAVORO to:

  • protect its employees and other subjects under its control;
  • comply with legal requirements;
  • promote continuousimprovement.

Occupational safety management integrated in the company strategy and integrated with the quality and environmental policies, improves performance and projects towards a new model of sustainable competitiveness, becoming an essential part of work processes and generating a new model of sustainable competitiveness, which offers opportunities for improvement and growth of business performance.

Environment

Obtaining the ISO 14001 environmental certification was a goal for PROGRESSO E LAVORO that has always shown its commitment to dealing environmental issues. The implemented Environmental Management System is aimed at the real improvement of environmental performance and oriented towards achieving real benefits such as reduction of costs, limiting unnecessary bureaucratic burdens. Our company has always been committed to environmental protection and UNI certification EN ISO 14001 guaranteesthe ability of the organization to fulfill its environmental policy and to comply with laws to limit pollution and to constantly improve its performance.
