Our Code of Ethics

The Code of Ethics regulates the set of rights and responsibilities that the
company expressly takes on towards those with whom it interacts dealing
with its business.
The organization is aware of contributing with its work, with sense of
responsibility and moral integrity, to the process of development of the
economy and the civil growth of the country.
The company believes in the value of work and considers legality, fairness,
and transparency of action essential prerequisites for achieving economic,
productive, and social objectives.
CPL claims the appropriateness of its Code of Ethics in the pursuit of its
social mission.

Who should follow the Code?

Our Code of Ethics applies to

  • all members of the management board,
  • employees (both temporary and permanent);
  • project collaborators;
  • external and internal consultants;
  • suppliers of goods and services;
  • any other person who may act in the name and on behalf of the company either directly orindirectly, permanently, ortemporarily, or those who establish relationships or relationships with the company and work in order to pursue its objectives.

What are our responsibilities?

Managers and senior officials shall be responsible for ensuring that the Code is handed out to everyone, understood, and respected within the team. They themselves must be role models and must ensure that they do not occur violations of laws, internal guidelines, or the Code within the Company.

Employees must act ethically, be familiar with the Code, ask advice to their supervisor in the case of doubts or concerns, know how to report potential violations of the Code, refrain from acting contrary to nature of the Code and that could damage the reputation of the Company. Everyone must commit to sharing and respecting the values of our Code to support our company in the aim of achieving sustainable success.

Third parties, with whom the organization intends to engage in relations, are required to comply with the commitments and obligations of the Code of Ethics in carrying out their activities.
