In line with the technical and organizational qualification path developed over time, a Competence Management System has been implemented to ensure the qualification, monitoring, and professional development of technical personnel involved in maintenance activities, in compliance with the requirements established by European railway regulations and the principles defined by Directive (EU) 2016/798 on railway safety and Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2019/779 concerning Entities in Charge of Maintenance (ECM) for railway vehicles.

The system provides for the structured management of the Qualified Maintenance Personnel Register through formalized criteria covering training, practical instruction, competence assessment, maintenance of operational authorizations, and traceability of performed activities, ensuring effective control over the professional requirements of personnel involved in railway maintenance processes.

The adopted organizational structure also complies with the requirements established by Organizational Communication for the Safety Certificate COCS No. 30.7/DT issued by Trenitalia and with Procedure P096 issued by Trenord, ensuring compliance with the standards required in terms of operational safety, reliability, maintenance process control, and qualification of technical personnel.

The implementation of this organizational model further confirms the company’s commitment to the continuous improvement of maintenance processes, the enhancement of professional expertise, and compliance with the technical and regulatory requirements necessary to operate within the highly specialized railway sector.
