These data are used solely to obtain anonymous statistical information on Site usage and to check its correct functioning and are deleted immediately after processing. Data may be used to verify liability in case of suspected cybercrimes against the Site. Browsing data are processed based on our legitimate interest to ensure Site security, proper operation, and usage statistics (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).

You are free not to provide such data; however, failure to do so may prevent us from responding to your requests.
  • During phone calls made to our telephone number: when you contact us by phone, we may process personal data you voluntarily communicate during the conversation or that we reasonably request to pursue our and your legitimate interest in providing the necessary information or services (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). • When you spontaneously send us a CV using the addresses on the Site, respond to a job posting, or participate in a job interview: we will process your personal data to pursue our legitimate interest in selecting and hiring workers with professional profiles suitable for our needs and consistent with the job position applied for (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). Providing such personal data is optional but necessary; failure to provide it will prevent you from applying for a position with us.

2. Who may have access to my personal data?

Your personal data may be accessed by Company employees and/or collaborators responsible for managing the Site, providing assistance, or responding to your requests. Additionally, data may be accessed by third parties acting as data processors, such as IT and logistics service providers supporting Site operations and group companies providing intra-group services.

Browsing data will be stored for a maximum of 7 (seven) days, except where further retention is necessary to verify liability for potential cybercrimes against the Site or to comply with judicial authority requests. Data collected through your job application will be stored in our archives for a maximum of 1 year from the date we receive your CV or application, unless further retention is necessary to formalize the employment relationship or enable you to perform your work activities in case of a successful selection.
