We are hiring for the following technical positions to join our team:

• Mechanical Technicians

• Industrial Electricians

Requirements:

• Technical diploma or relevant vocational qualification

• Proven experience in a similar role, ideally in a manufacturing or railway environment

• Ability to work independently

• Strong manual skills, ability to read technical drawings, and excellent use of PCs and digital tools for assembly and testing tasks

• Solid skills in corrective maintenance and troubleshooting technical issues

• Preferred: Valid certifications/licenses related to the position

• Reliability, motivation, and a strong work ethic

Additional Information:

• Residency in Rome is preferred for work on stationary trains. Otherwise, availability for short business trips is required

• Full-time position with willingness to work overtime when needed

• Initial fixed-term contract with the potential for permanent employment, under the National Collective Agreement for Metalworking Industry (CCNL Metalmeccanica Industria)

Main location: Brindisi
Work sites: Onboard trains and in Rome
